Ballls Paddock Children's Centre is able to accomodate 43 children who are supervised by qualified early chidlhood educators that work in each of the three rooms.

• The Joey Room (2-3 years) - 1 Diploma Trained, 1 Trainee
• The Possum Room (3-4 years) - 1 Early Childhood Teacher, 2 Diploma Trained
• The Burong Room (4-5 years) - 1 Early Childhood Teacher, 1 Diploma Trained

The NSW Children's Services Regulation Ratios

The staffing arrangements stated above satisfy the NSW Children's Services Regulation Ratios which for each age group are

• 2-3 years - 1 staff member per 8 children
• 3-6 years - 1 staff member per 10 children
