Staffing

Ballls Paddock Children's Centre is able to accomodate 43 children who are supervised by qualified early childhood educators that work in each of the three rooms.

Centre Directors: Clare (Tuesday- Friday)

                          Stacey (Monday and every second Wednesday)

  • The Turtle Room (2-3 years) - 1 Early Childhood Teacher, 1 Diploma trained, 1 Diploma Trainee
  • The Dragonfly Room (3-4 years) -1 Early Childhood Teacher, 1 Diploma trained
  • The Bellfrog Room (4-5 years) - 1 Early Childhood Teacher, 1 Diploma trained
  • 1 Relief staff each day
  • We have four educators on our casual pool who work at BPCC- 3 have their Diploma and 1 has a CERT III

    • 2-3 years - 1 staff member per 5 children
    • 3-6 years - 1 staff member per 10 children
